Increasing the amount of raw food in your diet will benefit
your health.
A full raw diet is more of a life experience. An unexplainable
phenomenon unless put into practice.
People often experience a changed perception of their life and
the world, heightened physical sensations, awareness of their own
and other energy fields, increased awareness and a sense of connectedness
to everything including nature, people and to possibilities.
There can be less need for sleep and a definite change of consciousness.

In practice this does not require a completely 100%
raw diet perhaps something like a 95% raw diet is sufficient
to experience this.
It very much depends on the amounts and kinds of heat-treated
food.
For example a few ingredients such as cooked spices,
heat-treated pumpkin seeds and cocoa may have little impact.
In my experience cooked or processed vegetable oils
and grains, especially wheat, have a very detrimental effect, lasting
about 72 hours.
