Legend has it that Chocolate Pudding was brought
to Cornwall by ship from the Holy Land.
I caught up with it in early 2005 in a granite cottage
near Penzance where consciousness-researcher Tony, and Tish, mother
of two young children, had experimented with the ingredients to
give them and their children optimal nutrition for brain development.
After eating it for breakfast for three days, I noticed
that I was feeling better than I had done for a long while.
I adapted the already delicious recipe to my own tastes
and the following
version is the one which I am currently using.
