A long interest in the human mind and consciousness led me to
adopting a totally raw diet in 2001.
I created a raw catering business and, finding my recipes much
appreciated, began to teach workshops. My and others personal
experiences led me to including raw dairy products in the family
diet.

For me, the acceptance that I and my children need
animal products made the raw way stable and sustainable. In this
and in other ways I feel linked to the Essene tradition.
I have made some beautiful friends along the way.
Meeting with Tish in 2004 was an alchemical reaction and has transformed
my understanding of diet and consciousness. We are both successfully
bringing up young children on a raw diet.
Tish has recently been organising the Funky Raw Festival
and producing the Funky Raw magazine (see Links) and the cuisine
I teach is inextricably linked with this.
I am loving sharing what makes me feel so good and
am also committed to continuing honesty regarding my experiences
and lifestyle.
